Wearing the school uniform is compulsory for all children from Year One to Year Seven. Please notify the class teacher if something has occurred to prevent a child being at school not in the correct uniform. There are uniform requirements for Prep children. The school uniform and accessories are available from the Clothing Pool.
The school uniform is to be worn with pride. Sports uniform is
worn on Wednesdays and Fridays. Tracksuits may only be worn on these days. The sports spray jacket maybe worn
with the summer and winter uniform.
Hairstyles are to enhance
a neat/tidy appearance. Boys' haircuts should be above the collar. For health reasons, girls with shoulder length hair must have it
tied up. Hair
colours should be natural. Added colourants are unnecessary
and inappropriate at this stage of schooling. All girls' hair accessories must be school colours.

Wearing of Jewellery
Because of the safety aspect, studs are preferred to sleepers. If sleepers are worn
they are to be of the small variety. It is understood that some jewellery the
children would like to wear may have significant sentimental or fashion value
but in the interests of justice there will be no exceptions. The same rules apply
to boys if they wish to wear studs, that is both ears only. One of the main
reasons for having a limitation on jewellery is the safety factor. Please offer us
your support in this matter.
