Teaching and learning is our core focus and we are committed to delivering positive learning experiences to all students through best and effective teaching practices.
We believe that every student should experience at least one year’s growth over the course of one year of learning.
Our goal is to develop all Holy Name students as deep learners who can articulate what they are learning, know how they are learning it, and the skills they need to move to the next level of learning.
Class teachers apply this pedagogy in all lessons enabling Holy Name students to experience success as they access the curriculum.

As a part of the Diocese of Toowoomba the school is supported by the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office and has strong connections with the Hoy Name Catholic Parish and our Parish Priest.
